The Naot Shamir Project – a project promoted by the Yavne Municipality that includes a new neighborhood in the southwest of the city – the Naot Shamir neighborhood.
The neighborhood is home to approximately 2,307 residential units in dense construction with heights of 7 to 12 stories.
Some of the buildings have space designated for commerce.
The neighborhood is planned to feature many public spaces, bike paths, public buildings, a school, kindergartens, a community club, sports facilities, two synagogues, a mikveh, and more.
